Let’s move?

My practice & teaching incorporates flowing movement, Non-Dual philosophical teachings and playful proprioception work which I believe can invite healthy bodily connection and joy. I offer classes that a dear student (thankyou!) describes as ‘nurturingly powerful,' which I think is a good fit; they’re guided by my belief in the value of community and our individual creative potential within it. Philosophical teachings tend to frame lots of asana options that welcome all bodies in varying degrees of challenge.
